American Idol Alum Warren Peay Captivates with Soul-Stirring ‘Great Are You Lord’ Cover

I stumbled across this video recently that made me stop in my tracks because it was breathtaking. Take a listen to American Idol Alum Warren Peay as he captivates with a soul-stirring ‘Great Are You Lord’ cover. In the video, you’ll find Warren sitting alone in the church pew as the sunlight filters in through the stained glass behind him. There was nothing flashy about this performance. It was Warren, God, and his song of worship with his guitar and the powerful lyrics that bring your heart into a moment of worship.

‘It's Your breath in our lungs,So we pour out our praise

We pour out our praise, It's Your breath in our lungs

So we pour out our praise to You only’

It was one of those rare moments when the music pulls you in and makes you feel something deeper. Warren’s voice is unlike anything I’ve heard—a sultry Southern rock sound laced with raw passion. Every note seemed to rise like a prayer, filling the empty church with a kind of reverence that made me pause, breathe, and let the weight of the lyrics sink in.

As I watched this music video, I couldn’t help but think God uses the gifts He’s placed inside each of us in ways only God can. Here’s a man who had walked onto one of the biggest stages of the world in Americal Idol, competing with countless other talented individuals and now he is sitting alone in a church using his gifts to glorify God.

And isn’t that what worship is all about? Not just singing words but letting the truth of them resonate in our souls. You give life, You are love, You bring light to the darkness… Those words felt so alive as Warren sang them, a reminder that even when we’re sitting in our own “pews” of life—quiet moments, unseen spaces—our worship matters.

Worship doesn’t need a stage, it needs a willing spirit. We hope you enjoyed taking a moment worship with Warren today. Whether you’re singing in your car at the top of your lungs or sitting quietly in prayer, offer God what you have.

Job 33:4 The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Praise and Worship Team's Moving 'I Can Only Imagine' Cover

I found myself moved to tears as I watched a praise and worship team’s moving ‘I Can Only Imagine’ cover by the First Baptist Church of Clarksville. As they sang, it felt like heaven touched the earth as the lyrics ushered in God’s presence in the purple-hued sanctuary. It wasn’t the lights or the special effects that caught my attention; and it was the reverence the team had as they sang these powerful words:

‘Surrounded by You glory

What will my heart feel

Will I dance for you Jesus

Or in awe of You be still’

The band and choir gave it their all, and as they sang, I couldn’t help but reflect on the questions the song invites us to consider: “What will it really be like to meet Jesus face to face? Will I fall on my knees, unable to speak? Or will I burst into praise, singing with every fiber of my being?”

That’s one of the reasons I love this song, it takes the focus off of us as we imagine what it’s like to meet God. We wonder what it will be like. And the anticipation of that day is indescribable. That’s what I love about this worship song, it pulls us out of the noise and distractions and directs our attention fully on Jesus. It strips away everything else–our worries, fears, problems, and even our own desires and fills us with the longing of God’s presence.

Whether you’ve heard the song a thousand times or you’re just discovering it, I encourage you to let its message sink in. Imagine what it will be like to see Jesus, to stand in His glory, and to be finally home. Because one day, the imagination will become a reality—and I can only imagine how beautiful that will be.

Matthew 25:23 "His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful over a few things; I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord'"

Chilling ‘Amazing Grace’ Rendition Marks Reopening of Notre Dame in Paris

Grab a tissue, you will be moved to tears at the chilling ‘Amazing Grace’ rendition that marked the reopening of Norte Dame in Paris. There is something about the song ‘Amazing Grace’ that infiltrates our hearts and helps us focus on the Lord. Everything else in life is stripped away as we focus on the powerful words that are the anthem of Christ's followers everywhere.

It couldn’t have been a more perfect song if there ever was one when Gustavo Dudamel and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, along with soprano Pretty Yende, worked together to create a masterpiece out of the song. At its grand reopening, the fitting song was sung for the entire world to hear as he echoed through the walls of the cathedral. The music flowed through the place that had been once consumed by flames in a 2019 fire.

‘Amazing grace, how sweet the sound

That saved a wretch like me

I once was lost, but now I'm found

Was blind, but now I see’

Pretty Yende’s voice echoed like a long-lost angel coming home to the church as she sang the precious words. Her voice hushed the crowd in awe-like wonder.

As she sang the words above, I couldn’t help but remember the fire, the devastation, and how so many people tried to save the church from the fire. Then, when it was in mere ashes, everyone was determined to rebuild the church to its former glory. Isn’t that so like God? He takes what was broken and over time, He restores it into something even more beautiful than before. Norte Dame is a powerful reminder of God’s ability to redeem and restore what’s been lost.

Today, as we watch this beautiful song being sung, let’s remember to lean into the truth. Just as the cathedral stood tall and proud once more, our hearts can stand tall in God’s love and grace, knowing He restores all.

John 1:16 “For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.”

Guitarist Reimagines ‘Hallelujah Chorus’ with a Rock Twist in Epic Performance

A guitarist reimagined the beloved “Hallelujah Chorus,” adding a thrilling and thoroughly enjoyable rock twist, making for one epic musical performance. The incredibly talented musician gave the timeless Christmas piece an updated sound and feel. Check out this video because this version of the Christmas classic is more than worth a few listens.

Christmas is a festive, joyous season, complete with song after song after song about the most wonderful time of the year. Essentially, there is a Christmas tune for every musical taste and preference. If you haven’t found a Christmas song that you at least mildly enjoy, that’s only because you aren’t trying hard enough.

The classics, those songs that we sing and listen to every year at Christmastime, have been performed and recorded hundreds, perhaps thousands, of times. Each time, every musician tries to offer and add their own take and spin on whatever Christmas classic they are covering. Some become classics in their own right, and others are ones we’d like to forget completely.

In a clip posted on YouTube, S. Joel Norman performs George Frideric Handel’s masterpiece “Hallelujah Chorus.” Of course, everyone is familiar with this piece of music, even if they don’t know it. The tune is still widely heard and covered despite being hundreds of years old. However, you’ve probably never heard it played quite like this before.

Using only electric guitars, S. Joel turns in an absolutely rocking performance about the tune of the angels singing and celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. This is a simply masterful performance from a clearly gifted musician. It’s a unique take on a Christmas classic we all know and love. This will surely be one that you add to your Christmas rotation, to be played yearly.

Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

University Choir's Soul-Stirring ‘Soon and Very Soon’ Performance

A university choir delivered a powerful and soul-stirring performance of the classic “Soon and Very Soon.” You’ll want to watch and listen to this absolutely splendid and dazzling rendition repeatedly. Check out the video for the rendition of the timeless tune.

As much as people may want to avoid thinking or talking about death, it is very real. It’s something that we’ll all experience at one time or another. It’s an event that will and probably already has impacted your life. Ironically, death is another, but often depressing and painful, part of life.

Death, because of all the unknowns surrounding it, is a significant fear for many people. However, that does not have to be the case. Even though death is something that we will all encounter, it is possible to face it without fear. Because of the love and forgiveness freely offered by Jesus Christ, we can rest assured of where we’ll end up after our time on Earth is over.

In a clip posted on YouTube, the Nebraska Wesleyan University Choir, a choir of young people, sings a beloved tune about facing death with joy and happiness. Because of Christ’s love and forgiveness, they know and understand that Heaven is their destination.

“Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King!

Soon, and very soon, we are going to see the King!

Soon, and very soon, we are going to see the King!

Hallelujah, hallelujah”

Yes, losing a loved one will forever and always hurt. Time may lessen the sting some, but their absence from our lives will be noticeable, serving as a painful reminder of who we’ve lost. However, if they knew Christ and accepted Him as their personal Lord and Savior, knowing that they are in Heaven can and will be a bright, uplifting spot throughout the sadness and pain.

Also, if we accept Christ's forgiveness and love, we can sing those lyrics with the same excitement and without any fear of death.

John 14:3 “And If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may also go.”

The Greatest Gift

This Christmas song video shares about the Greatest Gift ever – Jesus! It parallels how He arrived on earth humbly “wrapped”, concealing the true treasure within, to how we wrap up our gifts to hide their contents until just the right time. He is the priceless gift!

3-Year-Old’s Emotional Rendition of ‘Above All Powers’

Prepare to have your heart strings pulled. This is one of the most precious videos of a young boy leading us into beautiful worship to God. Obiblo is only a preschooler who has been gifted in worship. He is up front at his church leading them in song. Watch this 3-year-old’s emotional rendition of ‘Above All Powers.’

As Obiblo begins, he is dressed in his Sunday best with a handsome vest and bow tie at his church meeting. When he hits the chorus, you will be incredibly blessed and amazed at his vocal abilities at such a young age. Your heart will be ministered to by the voice of this little one. God must be smiling when He hears Obiblo sing from his heart. His pitch is stunning, and his love for the Lord at such a young age is evident.

There is an impressive key change when Obiblo gets to the final chorus. He hits high notes beautifully, but the most wonderful part is watching a 3-year-old have such emotions while singing the words:

‘Like a rose trampled on the ground

You took the fall

And thought of me

Above all’

It hits really hard watching the emotion of this young boy and being led to worship our Savior Jesus for what He did for us. The purity and innocence of Obiblo’s praise is encouraging to anyone watching. Those in the service share in his celebration of Christ and shed tears alongside him. It is one of the most moving times of worship in a service that you may ever see. Glory to God for this precious voice.

“The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all.” John 3:31

3-Year-Old’s Adorable Rendition of ‘Hallelujah’ Will Melt Your Heart

Prepare to be encouraged by the musical giftings of three young people. A little boy accompanies a little girl who sings alongside teenage violin sensation Karolina Protsenko. Watch this incredible performance of a 3-year-old’s adorable rendition of ‘Hallelujah’ that will melt your heart.

At the start of the song, the boy plays wonderful piano notes, and then Karolina jumps in with a stellar violin melody. She dances with joy as the little girl plays the tambourine. There is a large live audience of shoppers in the streets of Los Angeles and onlookers walking by. As the Christmas tree is decorated and the holiday spirit is in the air, these young people choose a song to remind us of the reason we celebrate Christmas.

Karolina plays through the hit song with flare and style. She is so excited and is a flawless performer. Everyone watching is entertained and excited about the performance. After the trio played through the song, the surprise moment is hearing the little girl come in singing the final chorus. Her voice is precious. She is a wonderful singer and her little voice sings out, “Ha-way-lu-iah.” It will melt your heart.

The preschooler sits there on a stool with her high ponytail on her head and with her tambourine in hand. She is so brave to sing out in front of the crowd around. Karolina then wraps up the song and it is a precious performance. Everyone watching claps for these young performers. As you view the clip, may you delight in the worship of God and in hearing the littlest of people sing a song that points others to Him. He is worthy of all praise.

“Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord or fully declare his praise?  Psalm 106:1-2
