Jake Underwood
Jake Underwood is a Northeast Ohio broadcaster, community advocate, and proud Northeast Ohio native who believes radio should serve the people, not the politicians. Born and raised in the Buckeye State, Jake is fueled by his passion for helping people be heard and holding leaders accountable when they forget who they work for.
Jake learned the craft of radio working alongside some of the biggest names in Cleveland talk. His path then led him into national media and political work, gaining valuable experience with President Donald Trump and Robert F Kennedy Jr while helping advance the Make America Healthy Again initiative.
But home is where the heart is and where the microphone belongs. After gaining valuable experience in both national and local politics, Jake is now on AM 1420 The Answer hosting a show that is live, local, and never afraid to say what needs to be said. From the big issues shaping our country to the decisions being made at City Hall and your local school board, if it matters to Northeast Ohio, Jake alongside producer Seth Williams are on it.
He is committed to restoring a culture where we actually listen to each other again. When we stop talking, we stop seeing the humanity in each other.
