Celtic Thunder Oustanding 'Falling Slowly' Cover Lyric Video

Celtic Thunder’s version of ‘Falling Slowly’ is a beautiful piece of music. The vocals are perfectly sung with a quiet tone that makes you want to reflect on the lyrics. As the song begins, you can see “rain” falling from the sky on the stage, setting the scene for the popular song.

This performance was recorded from a live show in Ontario in 2015. Celtic Thunder is an Irish singing group and stage show. Their shows have dramatic effects of lighting and choreography. The stage set also resembles an ancient stone pathway from Celtic lore.

The group was started by Sharon Browne in 2007 and today the main vocals include Ryan Kelly, Damian McGinty, Neil Byrne, and Emmet Cahill. In this video’s performance, you can hear Damian McGinty as the main singer. And he has quite the voice!

Their first CD/DVD was released in March of 2008 called Celtic Thunder - The Show. Soon after they started touring. ‘Falling Slowly’ is on their Voyage album that came out in 2012. They are currently touring the United States.

‘Falling Slowly’ is an indie folk and indie rock song written, composed, and performed by  Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová. The two also started in the Irish film, Once, which featured the song on the soundtrack. ‘Falling Slowly’ won Best Original Song at the 80th Academy Awards 2008.

“Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice, you have a choice
You'll make it now”

The lyrics of ‘Falling Slowly’ are easy to remember and sing along to. It is a song about falling in love with someone. Perfect for the romantic musical the song appears in. And a good reminder about love, and how it feels to find it.

“And now stays faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.” - 1st Corinthians 13:13

Celtic Thunder 'May The Road Rise To Meet You' Lyric Video

This group of five young men sure know how to put on a stellar performance. Check out this video of Celtic Thunder's ‘May The Road Rise To Meet You’ lyric video.

The group starts singing with great energy and joy. They are all dressed in nice suits while standing on a stage. Their melodic lines for this song are captivating. They draw you in with their wonderful tight harmonies, as well as their positive smiles. “May the Road Rise to Meet You” is a classic Irish song. It is also known as The Irish Blessing.

A blessing is a prayer to God that is spoken (or in this case, sung) over another person. As we listen to this stunning version of this blessing, we can receive this prayer in our own lives.

The words sing out,

“May you keep safe,
In the gentle, loving arms of God.”

As we reflect on being held by God, this song touches our hearts in a deep and meaningful way. A soloist begins, and his voice is crisp and absolutely astounding. The five sing again, and other men solo, too.

They are each unique voices that are backed up with a calming piano, harp, violin, and guitar. Celtic Thunder are tight-knit in this performance, and it is nothing short of amazing. It is worth every moment of viewing and soaking in the high level of talent.

Remembering that we are loved by God enables us to find true peace. This performance reminds us of the beauty in knowing the Lord is with us always and cares for our most specific needs. He is gentle, kind, and patient with His children. He is our Good Shepherd.

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13

Behind-The-Scenes Look At Anne Wilson’s Video For ‘Rain In The Rearview’

One of the biggest names in Christian music, Anne Wilson, has given fans a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the making of the video for her song “Rain in the Rearview.”

Hollywood, through fancy, slick editing techniques and other deceptive camera tricks, makes all the television shows, movies and music videos appear like it’s glitz and glamor. But that is hardly the case. Filming a television show or movie often calls for long, 12, 13-hour days on set.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Anne treats viewers to some of the work that goes into making a music video. She and the director of the video even talked about the video’s concept and what they were trying to convey.

At the beginning of the nearly 4-minute clip, Anne welcomes her fans to the behind-the-scenes look at the making of the video. She also states how excited she was to work with some of her favorite people and what her song, “Rain in the Rearview,” is all about.

“I got to work with one of my favorite directors, TK McKamy, and it’s all about moving forward from the past and stepping into what God has for you,” Anne said.

Both Anne and the video’s director state that there are three different versions of Anne represented in the video – a stoic, a healer and finally, one who is searching for and reaching out to God.

Also, Anne mentions that not every shot of her in the video was her. Instead, Anne’s sister steps in front of the camera and makes an appearance.

“This video is very special because my sister, Elizabeth, gets to be in it,” Anne said. “It’s three different versions of myself but then she is one of me, and it makes it so much fun just to be together on set.”

Anne adds that her sister, Elizabeth, typically works as her stylist, picking out Anne’s clothes.

What a beautiful song and video! It’s always interesting to hear how a story, a movie or a music video came together.

The Martins 'Tell Them That I Love Them' On Larry's Country Diner

Check out The Martins as they perform their soul-stirring song ‘Tell Them I Love Them’ on Larry’s Country Diner.

This beautiful song serves as a powerful testament to the inexhaustible well of God's grace and love. As the harmonious voices of Joyce, Jonathan, and Judy Martin blend seamlessly, the song becomes an anthem of divine compassion and forgiveness.

At its core, ‘Tell Them That I Love Them’  is a heartfelt plea for individuals to recognize and embrace the boundless love of God. The lyrics carry a profound message that transcends human boundaries, reminding listeners that they are cherished and valued by a powerful God.

The Martins' interpretation of the song amplifies this message, conveying a sense of urgency and sincerity that leaves an indelible impact on the hearts of those who listen.

An old-time preacher in a smalltown church and bows his head to pray
Early morning echoes off the empty walls in that sacred place
In three short hours this room will be filled up with desperate souls
And he's begging God to tell them what they need to know

The song tells a story about a Pastor who is burdened by the struggles and trials of his congregation. He thinks of each individual and the heartbreak they’re carrying. Yet, at the same time, the pastor focuses on God’s amazing love and grace.

Tell them there's an answer
For everything they need
Tell them there's forgivenеss
And hope in suffering the truth nеver gets old

The Martins, through their emotive delivery, effectively communicate the universality of God’s love, creating an atmosphere of healing and redemption for all who lend an ear. God's grace, as depicted in the song, is a force that knows no bounds. It is a compassionate and forgiving embrace that reaches out to the broken, the lost, and the weary.

The harmonies that define The Martins' rendition add a layer of depth to the lyrics, creating an emotional, strong, and deep message that echoes the unfathomable nature of God's love. As the voices blend in perfect unity, there is a palpable sense of connection to something greater than ourselves.

In a world often marked by division and strife, ‘Tell Them That I Love Them’ serves as a musical beacon of hope and speaks to the universal human experience of seeking solace and acceptance. This song stands as a poignant reminder of the enduring power of God's grace and love.

Through The Martins’ soulful delivery, they invite listeners to bask in the warmth of divine affection, fostering an environment of healing, redemption, and boundless hope. We hope you enjoyed this beautiful, hope-filled video today.

College Marching Band Performs ‘Praise’ By Elevation Worship

A college marching band in North Carolina put on a dazzling and thoroughly impressive performance of the song “Praise” by Elevation Worship.

Musicians are talented and dedicated individuals. It requires a lot of skill and ability and persistent, painstaking hours of practice to play an instrument properly. Once someone understands how to play their instrument, the needed practice will only increase once they join a band.

People in a band must work as one to achieve their goal of entertaining an audience and playing to their ability. If someone plays the wrong note or is slightly behind, it can throw the entire band off, making for an embarrassing display.

In a clip posted on YouTube, the Blue and Gold Marching Machine from North Carolina A&T State University put on a show that is a feast for the eyes and ears. They played “Praise” by Elevation Worship.

For the first minute and a half of the clip, it’s an instrumental performance. All band members expertly play the tune, showing their skills, timing and precision in the process.

But at the 1:35-minute mark of the clip, the band changes things drastically. They start singing, belting out the tune’s beautiful lyrics.

“Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord
Praise the Lord
Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord
Praise the Lord”

What an outstanding performance from a group of talented young people who are giving glory and honor to His name.

This is a clip that should be watched repeatedly to fully appreciate the talent that is on display in this short 2-minute clip.

Others who commented on the video’s YouTube link mentioned how much they adored the marching band’s performance.

“Coming from someone who’s in marching band and is a Christian as well this brings me so much joy,” one person wrote.

“Oh how this blessed me seeing a marching band experiencing this song! Praise the Lord!” another individual added.

Praise the Lord, indeed!

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Dad Harmony Stunning ‘Amazing Grace’ A Cappella Rendition

A group of incredibly talented vocalists, who also happen to be fathers, Dad Harmony, turned in an absolutely stunning a cappella cover of the most beloved hymn of all time, “Amazing Grace.”

Who doesn’t love the old hymns? Despite their age, those songs remain as relevant as ever. Listening to those beautifully written lyrics about God’s love, mercy, grace and faithfulness will never get old. It does not matter how many times you hear “Great is Thy Faithfulness,” “Victory in Jesus” or “What a Friend We Have in Jesus,” those words still strike a chord.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Dad Harmony performed another of those beloved and classic hymns, “Amazing Grace.” Many would argue that it’s the best hymn ever written. It’s likely because it describes all of humanity. No one deserves the Lord’s saving grace and mercy; we are all sinners. God continually sheds His grace upon us regardless.

“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind, but now I see”

What an outstanding vocal performance for the talented fathers. This version of the classic hymn could be listened to repeatedly. Their stunning harmonies blend perfectly together, creating a most enjoyable listening experience.

Since it was first written in the late 1770s, “Amazing Grace” has been performed thousands of times by hundreds of artists and musicians. Those lovely words, that powerful opening verse, perfectly describes the experience of a sinner coming to Christ, asking for forgiveness.

All those who have come to know Christ as their Lord and Savior have been in that position described in “Amazing Grace.” Despite our sins and shame, Christ poured His grace on us, forgiving us of our transgressions.

That’s amazing grace, indeed!

1 Corinthians 15:10 “But by the grace of God, I am what I am: and his grace which was given to me has not been for nothing; for I did more work than all of them; though not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”

Gentle Shepherd' Ronnie Booth Emotional Performance

Ronnie Booth sings ‘Gentle Shepherd’ in this video which is a powerful song about Jesus.

With Ronnie’s smooth voice, you set your mind on Jesus as a shepherd. The song reminds us to ask Jesus to come and lead us, to feed us, and to help us find our way. He is the one who can give us strength!

Life can be complicated sometimes, but knowing we have someone we can depend on and guide us as a shepherd does for his flock is a comfort.

“Gentle Shepherd come and lead us
For we need you to help us find our way
Gentle Shepherd come and feed us
For we need your strength from day to day”

The video begins with the guitars playing. Then Ronnie starts the song and gives a beautiful performance. At the end, he says, “I love that song,” and then goes on to compliment the band as the audience applauds them.

Ronnie is a gospel singer who was in the Booth Brothers. The band was started when Ron Booth, Ronnie’s father took it over with his sons Ronnie, and Michael. Ron left in 1995, and Ronnie, in 2021. He does have his solo career and you can find him on Gaither Music TV.

Many in the comments can see how powerful this song can be. One commenter says, “Beautiful song and we need Him everyday of our life and He is life and thank you sharing with us, And God bless you always Amen” and another, “Gentle shepherd Jesus are you, we need you Lord Jesus Christ.”

Any song that can remind us of who God is can be very powerful.

“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” - Psalms 23: 1-3

Do as Jesus Would Do

I once read a book where a lot of the people in a town decided to live their lives according to God's Word. I was so taken in by it that I decided to write this song. Yes to live a godly life style sure does make a big difference!

Stunning ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)’ Duet Performance

Two musically gifted young women showed off their outstanding, angelic voices when they turned in an impassioned and awe-inspiring performance of the most beloved hymn of all time.

Many people enjoy contemporary Christian music and artists. Even a lot of churches will sing and play almost exclusively popular contemporary Christian tunes, which is perfectly acceptable. Not all churches are the same, much like no two people are exactly alike. Everyone has their own tastes, opinions and thoughts.

Despite the popularity of contemporary Christian music, others still prefer the good old hymns, like “How Great Thou Art,” “Great is Thy Faithfulness” and “Blessed Assurance.” But as great as those songs are, one hymn tops them all: “Amazing Grace.” It’s beloved and known all over the world.

In a clip posted on YouTube, singer and YouTuber Liv Swearingen and another woman sing an updated version of “Amazing Grace.” It’s the version of the song in which Chris Tomlin added a new verse to the beloved classic, according to Baptist Press.

“I’ve been set free
My God, my Savior has ransomed me
And like a flood His mercy rains
Unending love, amazing grace”

These two women can flat-out sing. Their angelic voices belt out the lyrics about Christ’s life-changing and saving grace and mercy. This is a clip that deserves to be listened to repeatedly. The amount of talent captured in the video is almost too much to comprehend.

As the young ladies sing, Christ’s love and grace are astonishing. There is no reason that God would have or should have ever sent His Son to Earth as a sacrifice for us. Christ was perfect, but He willingly went to the cross and endured a painful, horrible death for you and me. There is no other way to explain that selfless act other than because of His unending love, mercy and grace for us.

Ephesians 2:8 “Because by grace you have salvation through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is given by God.”
