Crowder's 'Grave Robber' Catchy And Upbeat Tune About The Difference God Makes

Christian singer and songwriter Crowder has released the official music video for “Grave Robber,” his catchy and upbeat song about the difference and change God has made in his life.

No one is worthy of God’s love, mercy and grace. The Bible mentions that all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God. God’s Word also states that the wages of sin are death. Therefore, no one is deserving of forgiveness and eternal salvation.

However, God, because He loved the world so much, sent His one and only Son to Earth as a sacrifice. Jesus Christ willingly went to the cross, bearing all our sins and shame. In doing so – the ultimate act of love – we now have the opportunity for forgiveness of our evil ways and the hope of salvation.

God, in sending His son to Earth to die for us, giving us forgiveness and everlasting life, changed everything. We are all worthy of death and the grave. God, as Crowder’s song states, is a grave robber. He brings life and hope where there was none before.

“I got stolen by the grave robber

Picked me up from that rock bottom

Washed my soul in that Holy water

Brought me back to life”

Later in the song, Crowder states how God has wiped away all his sin and shame. His soul is no longer chained up but is now a dead man who has been brought back to life. He has been made a new creation in Christ. He is no longer the man he once knew but a follower changed by the power, love, mercy and grace of Jesus Christ.

God is the only one who can take someone utterly lost and without hope and change them. There is no one else capable of performing such a life-changing and saving miracle. Praise His holy name!

2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.”

Psalm 99:9 "Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy."

Song Jesus

I helped the daughter of a Congolese preacher. she took me to the nearest evangelic church, First in bits and pieces I received a melody that was not at all common to the songs I normally write, and suddenly completely, this song came to me in a creasy moment. and so I wrote it down in a creasy moment, later on I made a video in a creasy moment, later on I put it on the internet, in a creasy moment. Pl. Don't hold me responsible for the consequences.... I upload it here, because this feels like a save environment to share such a song. I'm not really able to handle much critisism... thanks for your kindness and understanding. The lyrics and music are not mine, they where given to me, I'm only here to share this. I don't feel like I own this song.

Lauren Daigle And Blessing Offor ‘These Are the Days’ Official Lyric Video

Two huge names in the Christian music world, Lauren Daigle and Blessing Offor, have combined their massive talents for the upbeat and uplifting song “These Are the Days.”

Life is a continuous series of ups and downs. Some moments will leave you hurting, struggling and feeling like giving up and throwing in the towel is your best option. On the other hand, there will also be joyous occasions and reasons to celebrate. However, through it all – the good and the bad – God will never leave our side. He is forever and always faithful, constantly guiding, directing and protecting.

God’s faithfulness, love and mercy are enough to make it through those hardships of life. As the old hymn says, because He lives, we can face tomorrow. Whatever may come, we have plenty of reasons to heap praise, glory and honor upon Him.

In the official lyric video posted on YouTube, Lauren and Blessing sing about one of the many reasons that we must praise and honor Him. Every day that we wake up is another blessing from Him. It’s a day we have been waiting for, as Lauren sings. Go ahead and turn your cries into loud hallelujahs.

“Leave all your worries behind
We know the future’s burning bright
This is the great jubilation
This what He came for, what He came for”

Lauren and Blessing’s song is an excellent reminder that even though some situations may appear unclear, with the outcome murky, God is alive and working. God has remained faithful through past rough periods and trials, there is no reason to believe He will not do the same.

We may experience pain and sorrow for a time, but God works for the good of those who love Him. He will be a comfort and a haven during the storm. So, hold on because God is still in control!

Psalm 118:24 “This is the day which the Lord has made; we will be full of joy and delight in it.”

Alan Jackson ‘The Old Rugged Cross’ Live Performance Lyric Video

Country music legend Alan Jackson turned in a fantastic live performance of the classic hymn “The Old Rugged Cross.”

Hymns are beloved, dearly cherished pieces of music. Those tunes’ beautifully written lyrics perfectly capture God’s faithfulness, love, mercy and grace. That’s why it’s nearly impossible to hear one of those old hymns performed in a house of worship and not get emotional. There is so much truth and meaning in those old hymns.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Alan performed one of those beloved old hymns, “The Old Rugged Cross.” The country music star sits on a stool while holding a guitar as he sings those memorable and stirring lyrics about the site where Christ willingly laid down His life for a bunch of sinners.

In addition to singing the words, those lyrics pop up throughout the short clip, allowing those watching to sing along with Alan as he performs.

“On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross
The emblem of suffering and shame
And I love that old cross where the dearest and best
For a world of lost sinners was slain”

At the end of Alan’s fabulous rendition of “The Old Rugged Cross,” the packed auditorium responds with a thunderous round of applause and cheers. Over the years, many have covered and sung that timeless hymn, but Alan’s cover must easily be considered one of the best.

As the song mentions, that old rugged cross means so much to so many. It’s the place where Christ gave up His life for you and me. Without that ultimate and loving sacrifice, none would have the chance at everlasting life with Him. But He paid our debt, shedding His blood that washes away all sin. There is nothing we have done or could ever do to deserve such love, mercy and grace.

Romans 5:8 “But God has made clear his love to us, in that, when we were still sinners, Christ gave his life for us.”

Mat And Savanna Shaw Heartfelt Message In Official Music Video For ‘Be Here Now’

The talented father-daughter duo Mat and Savanna Shaw have released the official music video for their original song ‘Be Here Now,’ in which they expressed a heartfelt message.

Life is a precious and invaluable gift from God. It must be cherished and protected in any and every way possible. In addition to the delicate nature of life, it’s also finite.

Everyone only has a limited amount of time on this planet. No second, minute, hour or day that has passed can ever be recovered. Because of this, we must appreciate the time and blessings we have been given. Chasing after something we don’t have or time spent worrying about the future or longing for the past is time wasted.

Mat and Savanna, in their song “Be Here Now,” use their beautiful voices to remind us to appreciate the present. We should be thankful for what we have. God is kind and generous and has blessed many of us with more than we need. Take some time to appreciate your lives and many blessings.

“I could spend my whole life chasing what I’m missing
Or I could miss my whole life trying to change the past
But I wouldn’t change a single thing, even if I could somehow
I’d rather be here now”

Be present in the here and now because that is time that once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. People are often so worried about the future or constantly pining for the way things used to be that they forget about the here and now.

In addition to the beautiful lyrics sung by Mat and Savanna, the video is a feast for the eyes. Several wide and sweeping shots capture the breathtaking landscapes that could have only been put into place by a kind, loving and benevolent Creator.

Matthew 6:34 “Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.”

Dionne Warwick And Son Perform Gospel Song ‘I Kneel’ On Good Morning America

Legendary musician Dionne Warwick and her son, Damon Elliott, sang together on Good Morning America, turning in a lovely performance of their gospel tune, “I Kneel.”

Praying and communicating with the Lord is something everyone could do more. It’s simply impossible to pray too much. He wants us to be in constant communication with Him. How else do you grow a relationship with someone except through talking and communicating?

No matter the situation or the circumstance, prayer is always the answer. He wants us to reach out to Him when things look bleak and hopeless and when life is good. He desires continuous communication with those who love and follow Him.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Dionne and Damon perform “I Kneel” live on Good Morning America. It’s a tune about the importance of prayer in all of life’s situations and circumstances – during the bad and the good, morning, noon and night.

“I kneel before the Father
And I kneel before the Son
Whether I’m moving mountains or turning stones or crawling in the valley low
I kneel before the Father”

Life can become overwhelming and get to the point where going on feels like asking too much. In those instances, we should reach out to the Father for help, comfort, guidance and direction. He will provide and be that shelter in the storm.

On the other hand, life provides several reasons to celebrate and be joyful. In those times, we should also be in prayer, thanking the Lord for what He has done and for the many blessings in our lives.

No matter what is going on or the situation, God seeks constant and consistent communication from His children. Prayer is a necessary and vital part of a daily and ongoing walk with the Lord.

Philippians 4:6 “In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

Gaither Vocal Band Moving Rendition Of ‘The Love Of God’ Hymn

Members of the Gaither Vocal Band turned in a moving and touching performance of the beloved hymn “The Love of God.”

For some inexplicable reason, God has an amazing and unending love for a bunch of sinners. The most popular and recited verse in the entire Bible tells of God’s immense love. It was because of God’s love, as John 3:16 tells us, that He sent His one and only Son to Earth to take our place, to pay our debt on the cross.

Being willing to endure an agonizing death on our behalf is a debt that we will never be able to repay. It’s also a level of unconditional love that we’ll never be able to understand. God’s love is immeasurable, always enduring and never-ending.

In a clip posted on YouTube, the Gaither Vocal Band performed “The Love of God,” about this magnificent and awe-inspiring love. In front of a full house, the musicians sing out the beautifully written lyrics.

“The love of God is greater far
Than tongue or pen can ever tell
It goes beyond the highest star,
And reaches the lowest hell”

The hymn’s opening four lines perfectly capture the depth and magnitude of God’s love for us. There is no way to adequately describe God’s love for humans. It’s so much more than our minds could ever comprehend.

Also, as the opening lines state, there is no place we could ever go to escape God’s love. We could be in the worst, most despicable and hopeless situation possible but God’s love does not cease to be or stop. He loves all and is constantly chasing after the lost.

It’s simply a beautiful hymn. Bill Gaither, right before the performance, even calls it “one of the greatest hymns ever, ever written.”

1 John 4:16 “And we have seen and had faith in the love which God has for us. God is love, and everyone who has love is in God, and God is in him.”

Inspiring And Upbeat Performance Of 'Send It On Down'

This inspiring and upbeat performance will make you want to sing along with everyone on stage. This video clip is the official video for ‘Send it On Down’ featuring Adam Crabb and Angela Primm.

This song is one of many on the Hallelujah Homecoming live album which came out in 2023. Bill and Gloria Gaither and their Homecoming friends gathered together in Oklahoma for a weekend of fellowship, inspiring messages, and music. The album is from this time together.

When you watch the video you can see the large choir with the two leads, Adam and Angela. Everyone appears passionate about the song and is getting into the music. Adam and Angela’s solos are also a powerful part of the performance.

This song and video is a great example of what worshiping God can look like, and how special that time can be.

“Send it on down, send it on down
Lord, let the Holy Ghost come on down
Send it on down, send it on down
Lord, let the Holy Ghost come on down”

‘Send it On Down’ is very much a worship song and a call to God to send down the holy ghost and his power. It is a reminder of who God is and what he can do for us.

Adam is Gaither Vocal Band’s newest lead singer. He is a member of the Crabb family which was a southern gospel group originally from Kentucky. They decided to focus on their individual paths in 2006, but have reunited over the years. Adam is the 2nd oldest sibling along with his twin brother, Aaron.

Angela is an ordained minister and professional singer who started her career as a background vocalist in 1986.

“To you, O God, do we give thanks, to you do we give thanks: for that your name is near your wondrous works declare.” - Psalm 75:1

Christian Husband And Wife Perform Beautiful Worship Song Mashup

Husband and wife Christian singers Caleb and Kelsey put on a dazzling vocal performance, singing several beloved and classic praise and worship songs.

The Lord deserves our constant praise and worship. He paid the ultimate price, going to the cross for you and me. He paid a debt that we will never be able to pay back. Praise God for His love, mercy and grace!

Singing is one of the many ways to bring glory and honor to His name. Many verses throughout God’s Word mention singing and praising His name for all He has done for us. As one popular contemporary Christian song states, we have nothing else fit for a King, so we’ll raise our hands because all we have is a hallelujah.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Caleb and Kelsey beautifully perform several songs praising the Lord for His love, mercy, grace and faithfulness. Their epic mashup of worship and praise songs flow seamlessly together, creating the illusion of one elegantly written song.

The husband-and-wife team stands on either side of a massive microphone in a sparsely decorated room as another guy sits and plays the piano. What happens when the two incredibly talented musicians open their mouths and start belting out the lyrics is a feast for the ears.

Caleb and Kelsey kick things off by singing a few lines from “10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord).” Next up is “What a Beautiful Name” and they then transition into “Tremble'' and “No Longer Slaves.” Finally, they finished their outstanding musical display with a spirited rendition of “Who You Say I Am.”

While it may be a short clip, there is enough here to remind you of who God is, what He’s done for you and why He is more than worthy of our praise and worship.

Isaiah 25:1 “O Lord, you are my God; I will give praise to you, I will give honor to your name; for you have done great acts of power; your purposes in the past have been made true and certain in effect.”

Natalie Grant Official Lyric Video 'In Christ Alone'

It never gets old listening to the voices of powerhouse singers. Check out Natalie Grant’s Official Lyric Video, “In Christ Alone.”

The video begins with a stunning piano and Natalie walking into a conservatory in a floral dress. She looks toward the sun. The words are powerful in talking about the humility needed to seek the glory of the Lord in our battles, not to pride ourselves in our own strength. The words remind us that even our most precious and valuable successes mean nothing compared to the gift of salvation in Jesus.

“In every victory, let it be said of me
My source of strength, my source of hope, is Christ alone.”

Natalie’s newest album is called Seasons. It features this classic hymn modernized. Natalie doesn’t just sing with her voice. She sings from her heart. The way that she hits the notes feels deep, as if it were a prayer.

She cries out to God and has such confidence behind the One whom she is singing. We glorify and praise Jesus for being our only way to heaven. He is our strength and our joy. He is the reason that Natalie sings the way that she does and desires to spread the message of hope through the gospel to the world.

The beautiful videography is dreamy and reminds us of the Garden of Eden. The entire aesthetics propel our hearts to celebrate the reconciliation that we have been given through Jesus.

He gives us new life and redeems our broken lives through His death and resurrection. Listening to Natalie Grant’s voice truly is a glimpse of Heaven on earth.

"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6

The Isaacs' Brilliant Cover Of 'It Is Well With My Soul'

There are some groups that just have a natural knack for unity and precision. The Isaacs’ are one of them. Check out The Isaac's brilliant cover of “It Is Well with My Soul.”

Although this concert mainly features Reba McEntire, she actually chooses to step aside and highlight The Isaacs acapella. This becomes very evident why as they begin to sing.

The audience cheers. The Issacs are a family of strong vocalists who are members of the Grand Ole Opry. They begin with one female singing, and the other brother and sister come in with tight harmonies. The trio has such a beautiful tone and sings with such confidence. They put their hearts into the song, and it is evident.

Their trills and sharp punches are high-level talent. As you listen, it will cause you to be in awe of the God who makes it well with our souls because of His love for us. Jesus gives us peace in a dark and hurting world. The Isaacs sing, “It is Well With My Soul,” with such flare and power that it reminds us of our Savior, even in our most painful moments.

Just when you think you have this song figured out, they take you to new heights with their notes and creative harmonies. The crowd is amazed. The trio finishes out with funky and fresh sounds. It is absolutely intriguing and a phenomenal performance.

At the end of the song, everyone in the audience stands while clapping, and the camera zooms in on Reba, who is clapping while shedding tears from this moving song. They hug and then head off the stage. This is one of the most unique renditions of this classic hymn. It is a blessing to hear.

"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7

Don't Stop Praying' Matthew West Official Music Video

This music video is a reminder that we can never stop praying and that God is always here for us.

Matthew West is a contemporary Christian music singer and songwriter and his latest song, ‘Don’t Stop Praying’ is all about how we should keep praying, even when it might be hard to do so.

“Don’t stop praying
Don’t stop calling on Jesus name
Keep on pounding on heaven’s door
Let your knees wear out the floor”

The song talks about the feeling of hopelessness and even if we don’t always feel like it we need to keep praying. It is a reminder of how important it is to call on Jesus’ name and that we need to keep bringing our prayers to him.

The music video begins with Matthew West walking into an art studio and making signs that say, “Don’t Stop Praying.” You can see him and others hanging up signs around town as a reminder of what we need to do.

Matthew West started as an independent musician in the late 1990s before he was signed with a label. He has also written for other contemporary Christian artists such as Point of Grace, Mandisa, and Casting Crowns, as well as for Country artists, Rascal Flatts, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Vince Gill.

‘Don’t Stop Praying’ came out in January of 2024 and many in the comments are talking about situations where they kept praying even when it was hard. One commenter says, “Just had that experience today! I saw God change two individuals hearts that I've been praying for for 19 years!! His ways are perfect, and his mercies never cease” and another comments, “This song has carried me through a very difficult situation. The Lord has wonderfully answered my prayers in such a way I never dreamed. Keep praying it works and your break through may be just around the corner.”

“Pray without ceasing.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Beautiful 'Goodness Of God' Medley Performance From John Wilds

In this video, John Wilds, worship leader, songwriter, and recording artist, performs three worship songs with the Bethel Music worship band This medley performance will heal your heart and remind you of the goodness of God.

The video starts with ‘My Tribute (To God Be the Glory),’ a slower-paced song about giving God the glory during our lives.

“With His blood, He has saved me
With His power, He has raised me
To God be the glory for the things He has done”

‘My Tribute’ is a gospel song by Andraé Crouch and was first recorded in 1972.

They then sing a few lines from ‘Goodness of God.’

“I will sing of the goodness of God
I will sing of the goodness of God
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God”

‘Goodness of God’ was released on Bethel Music's 11th live album, Victory, in 2019. It was written by Ed Cash, Ben Fielding, Jason Ingram, Brian Johnson, and Jenn Johnson. CeCe Winans also covered it in 2021.

When they start the third song in the medley, ‘You Are Good,’ the music picks up as this song is more upbeat. ‘You Are Good’ was written by Jeremy Riddle and Brian Johnson in 2010.

“Oh I’ll sing because You are good
And I’ll dance because You are good
And I’ll shout because You are good, (You are good to me)
Yeah”

Many in the comments had such good things to say about this performance and the type of songs that were sung. One commenter states, “God knows how lonely I've been feeling... This reminded me that my church family and brothers & sisters all over the world are singing praises to the one triune God thank you!!” and another says, “God knows that I needed to be reminded of this now. Praise God at all times, He's always good.”

“The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.” - Psalms 145:9

Anthem Lights Stunning A Cappella ‘Amazing Grace’ Performance

A group of incredibly talented vocalists, Anthem Lights, has turned in an outstanding a cappella performance of the most widely recognized and beloved hymn of all time, “Amazing Grace.”

Hymns are beautiful pieces of music. The writers of those timeless church hymns everyone knows and loves have perfectly captured the Lord’s love, mercy and grace. Most of those hymns are old, hundreds of years in some cases. However, they are still performed in churches throughout the United States and the world for good reason.

They remain as relevant as ever. That’s likely due to the unchanging nature of God’s love, mercy, grace and faithfulness. He is the same today, yesterday and tomorrow. His love and mercy remain unending. He is as faithful as ever, staying by our side throughout every up and down or twist and turn. And His grace, as the most beloved hymn of all time so eloquently states, is still amazing. He continues to love and forgive sinners and all those who willingly turned their back on Him.

In a clip posted on YouTube, the guys of Anthem Lights sing that beloved hymn “Amazing Grace.” They flex their immense vocal muscles, demonstrating their superb God-given musical talent as they sing about His amazing grace.

“Through many dangers, toils, and snares
I have already come
‘Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far
And grace will lead me home”

None are deserving of God’s love, mercy, protection or forgiveness. The debt he paid, there is no way for us to repay Him. But time and time again, after every one of our stumbles and failures, the Lord is right there. He is faithful to forgive, pouring out more of his amazing grace on me and you.

Praise God for His amazing grace, love, mercy and forgiveness! Without it, we would all surely be lost.

Ephesians 2:8 “Because by grace you have salvation through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is given by God.”

Celtic Thunder Oustanding 'Falling Slowly' Cover Lyric Video

Celtic Thunder’s version of ‘Falling Slowly’ is a beautiful piece of music. The vocals are perfectly sung with a quiet tone that makes you want to reflect on the lyrics. As the song begins, you can see “rain” falling from the sky on the stage, setting the scene for the popular song.

This performance was recorded from a live show in Ontario in 2015. Celtic Thunder is an Irish singing group and stage show. Their shows have dramatic effects of lighting and choreography. The stage set also resembles an ancient stone pathway from Celtic lore.

The group was started by Sharon Browne in 2007 and today the main vocals include Ryan Kelly, Damian McGinty, Neil Byrne, and Emmet Cahill. In this video’s performance, you can hear Damian McGinty as the main singer. And he has quite the voice!

Their first CD/DVD was released in March of 2008 called Celtic Thunder - The Show. Soon after they started touring. ‘Falling Slowly’ is on their Voyage album that came out in 2012. They are currently touring the United States.

‘Falling Slowly’ is an indie folk and indie rock song written, composed, and performed by  Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová. The two also started in the Irish film, Once, which featured the song on the soundtrack. ‘Falling Slowly’ won Best Original Song at the 80th Academy Awards 2008.

“Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice, you have a choice
You'll make it now”

The lyrics of ‘Falling Slowly’ are easy to remember and sing along to. It is a song about falling in love with someone. Perfect for the romantic musical the song appears in. And a good reminder about love, and how it feels to find it.

“And now stays faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.” - 1st Corinthians 13:13
