Hello all and welcome to another week of September. The autumnal equinox is approaching and the back to school activities are still in a flurry. That being said, we need all the quick and easy dinners we can get for busy weeknights.

This week’s recipes are an unexpected favorite in my family, and I hope they’ll soon be favorites in your families as well. Honey-soy cod is a super easy and healthy meal to make for a weeknight dinner. Its flavor is reminiscent of one of my favorite restaurant meals: the miso cod at Nobu. It’s full of umami flavor, but its simplicity makes it perfect for a busy weeknight. Served over coconut Jasmine rice and gingery bok choy, it’s a complete and flavorful meal.

That’s all for this week. Hope your September hums along as smooth as can be. As always, follow me on Instagram to see what else I’m up to, and check out my Amazon kitchen favorites here.
