Luigi Mangione has been charged in the shooting death of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson.

Mangione was arrested Monday night at a McDonald's in Pennsylvania where police say they found a manifesto on him stating that he was responsible for the murder.

According to a member of a co-living community in Honolulu – Mangione had a back condition that was so bad that having physical relationships “wasn’t possible."

R.J. Martin told the New York Times that "his spine was kind of misaligned," adding that "he said his lower vertebrae were almost like a half-inch off."

On Mangione’s X Account – a picture was posted of an X-ray, showing the lower back of someone who appears to have had surgery — but it’s not clear if it's of Mangione.

In the handwritten manifesto that was found, the writer asserts that they acted alone "to save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn’t working with anyone."

He also took aim at companies that "continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it."

Mangione faces a slew of charges in both Pennsylvania and New York.
