CLEVELAND (AP) — Matthew Dellavedova’s long wait to play again may finally be over. The Cavaliers’ popular veteran guard could make his season debut Thursday night after being out with a concussion and appendectomy. Dellavedova hasn't played in an NBA game in more than a year. Coach J.B. Bickerstaff says Dellavedova has practiced and the 30-year-old will play against the Philadelphia 76ers as long as he gets final medical clearance. Dellavedova was injured in the team's exhibition opener in December and was close to returning before having his appendix removed in February.
