Browns' Mayfield ignoring critics, 'noise' aimed at him

CLEVELAND (AP) — Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield said he's ignoring the outside noise. It's pretty loud at the moment. Cleveland’s quarterback has been under attack following a dreadful performance in Pittsburgh. His two interceptions, one returned for an early TD, has fueled the argument that he’s not the one to lead the Browns back to the playoffs or NFL relevance. Mayfield has thrown four interceptions in the past two games and he's currently ranked 29th in the league in completion percentage. The Browns are 4-2 but Mayfield said the loss to the Steelers made “it feel like 0-6.” Cleveland visits Cincinnati this week.
