LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Attorney General Dana Nessel says two Ohio men have been arrested and face extradition on murder and other charges in connection with a 1997 slaying in southern Michigan. Nessel says 51-year-old Richardo Sepulveda of Cincinnati and 49-year-old Michael Sepulveda of Toledo were arrested by U.S. marshals in connection with the slaying of an unidentifed, headless and handless man in Lenawee County’s Blissfield Township, about 88 miles southwest of Detroit. She says the Sepulvedas faced charges Tuesday of first degree premediated murder, assault with intent to maim, conspiracy and tampering with evidence. She didn't say what linked the Sepulvedas to the slaying.
