Juvenile court sentencing slated in crash that killed 4

GERMANTOWN, Ohio — Officials say a teenager is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1 in juvenile court in an Ohio crash that killed four people, including a 23-month-old baby. The Dayton Daily News reports that court records indicate that the 16-year-old entered an admission, the juvenile court equivalent of a guilty plea, to four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. Three vehicles were involved in the crash that killed 23-month-old Andrew Johnson and his mother, 26-year-old Ashley Mance, as well as a mother and daughter, 61-year-old Rebecca Roberts and 31-year-old Katie Roberts. The minivan driver and a 7-year-old girl were injured.
