Like King Solomon, believers often feel that being "good" just doesn't pay and we find ourselves wondering why the grass is more lush on the "other side". The purpose of our existence seems vague and doubt seeps in. <br /><br />2. In Exodus, the dying Israelites had ONLY to look at the brass serpent; and even though it was illogical, the few who believed, lived.<br /><br />3. Writing this song involved taking a good hard look at our own willingness to have the "child-like faith" that our Lord Jesus desires from His sheep. We realize that it's okay to be a work-in-progress as long as He is at the helm. (..All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose Rom 8:28)

YOU KNOW ME LORD

God is all wise, all knowing (omniscient) and ever present (omnipresent) who has perfect knowledge of each and everyone of us on planet earth. He knows all our thoughts and actions; why even the very hairs on the top of our heads are all numbered by Him!

God takes strict notice of every step we take, every move we make, every bond we break for He knows what rule we walk by, what end we walk toward, what company we walk with. When I am withdrawn from all company, God also knows what we have in our heart. Wherever we are, we are under the eternal eye and hand of God. God loves us with an everlasting love; His love never diminishes it's always abounding and never fails, and never gives up. Such loving thoughts should restrain us from loving Him more and more, AMEN!!!
