My Decree (I want to bring You glory)

A new song I put together called "My Decree". The song talks about how I desire to do good and bring glory to God, but as Paul talks about in Romans Chapter 7, sin gets in the way and I end up doing the things I don't want to do. I think we fool ourselves into believing that we can somehow overcome sin by our own power, but the truth is that only the power of Jesus Christ can rescue us from sin and from certain death. I hope that this song speaks to you in a way that draws you closer to the almighty creator of all things.

Highway 329 (A Christmas event)

A truck driver, racing to get home on Christmas Eve, decides to take a short cut on a mountain road...highway 329. Only to find himself trapped in a blizzard with a simple prayer. I wrote this song in 1989. It has been on the radio and many tapes were made. I had to re-master the original to the best of my ability. Merry Christmas and I hope you enjoy.
