Greetings from Nashville! 

Normally, I write to you from my regular residency in the New York tri-state, but I’m currently sitting in the Opryland hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. I was able to get away for a couple of days and have been exploring here. 

This week I’m bringing you one easy recipe that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, as well as a restaurant review from Music City. 

I had the immense pleasure of dining at two fantastic restaurants here—Iggy’s, a fun and quirky Italian restaurant, and Audrey, serving gorgeous southern fare—before hopping my flight back to NYC. I highly recommend trying both of them on your next trip here. Read about our experience at Iggy’s this week. My review of Audrey will be forthcoming in the next week!
