Trump Admin's Work With America's Small Businesses

RSS Feed

Kelly Loeffler, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA), discusses the Trump administration's efforts to bolster America's small businesses. Loeffler highlights the unprecedented economic boom driven by new policies, such as the working family tax cuts, which have led to record business formation, employment, and wages. She emphasizes the importance of small manufacturers, which constitute 98% of all U.S. manufacturers, and how tariffs have positively impacted their operations by enabling faster turnaround times and increased demand for domestically produced goods. Loeffler also addresses the issue of fraud within federal government programs, particularly those administered by the SBA during the COVID-19 pandemic. She explains the steps being taken to combat this, including the use of AI to detect fraudulent loans and the recovery of $22 billion in fraudulent loans sent back to the Treasury. In addition, Loeffler discusses the Georgia political scene, criticizing Senator Jon Ossoff's platform, which she claims is based on hatred towards President Trump and out of touch with Georgia voters. She advocates for election integrity measures, such as voter ID and citizenship requirements, which she believes are common sense and necessary to protect the integrity of the electoral process.
