Pentagon Says About 140 US Troops Wounded Since Launch Of Iran Military Action

The Pentagon says roughly 140 American service members have been wounded since the start of military operations against Iran that began Feb. 28. Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said Tuesday that most of the injuries reported so far are considered minor.
