Love That Grows Deeper

Spiritual growth does not happen automatically. While we naturally grow older with time, spiritual maturity requires intentionality, prayer, wisdom, and a deeper relationship with God.

When we first come to Christ, our faith is often fragile and new. Like spiritual infants, we begin by learning foundational truths and developing trust in God. But over time, God invites us to grow deeper — moving from spiritual milk to spiritual maturity.

True spiritual maturity is not measured simply by years spent in church attendance. It is revealed in how we trust God during trials, how we love others, and how we continually seek God’s wisdom and presence.

Prayer becomes more than asking God for help — it becomes ongoing relationship, surrender, listening, and intimacy with Him.

The beautiful thing about spiritual growth is that it is lifelong. God continues shaping us, refining us, and deepening our love for Him throughout every season of life.

Father,
Thank You for continuing to grow my faith and draw me closer to You. Help me move beyond surface-level faith and develop deeper trust, wisdom, and love for You. Strengthen my prayer life, root me in Your Word, and transform my heart through Your Spirit. Continue shaping me into the person You created me to be. Amen.
