and Small. The undertone is higher for the larger sizes. Retail and food
service demand is fairly good to good. Offerings are light and confidently
held. Supplies are moderate. Market activity is active. Compared to last
week, shell egg inventory in the Midwest region is up 2.0%. Breaking stock
prices are steady. The undertone is steady to fully steady. Offerings are
light to moderate with demand mostly moderate. Supplies are moderate.
Market activity is moderate.
