SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Daily producer prices are 8 cents higher for Large and 2 cents higher for
Medium and Small. Midwest delivered prices are steady. The undertone is
sharply higher. Retail and food service demand is fairly good to good.
Offerings are very light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity
is active. Compared to last week, shell egg inventory in the Midwest region
is down 13.8%. Breaking stock prices are steady. The undertone is mostly
steady. Offerings are light on moderate demand. Supplies are light to
occasionally moderate. Market activity is slow.
